Vitamins That Prevent Hair Loss

Vitamin E

Prevents hair loss by improving the uptake of oxygen, which leads to better health of the scalp and hair.

Great vitamin E sources are Alomnds, Asparagus, Avocado, Nuts, Spinach and other green leafy veggies.

Biotin - Vitamin H

Biotin is great for preventing hair loss and growing hair. It is an important component of several enzymes and is involved in energy metabolism. Folic Acid - Vitamin B9

Same effect as biotin, maintains hemoglobin levels.

This vitamin is the most likely for you to be deficient in so take a good look at its sources:
Leafy veggies like spinach, lettuces, dried beans, fortified cereal products, sunflower seeds.
